Premiere Rules & Category Requirements
United States (no prior US theatrical or television exhibition)
Must be the film's first theatrical presentation in the host nation.
Global (unreleased works receive strict programming priority)
Open competition without geographic exclusivity restrictions; previously released films remain eligible for selection.
Potential Disqualification Risks

Screening at any public venue, festival, or ticketed event prior to selection will invalidate world/continental premiere categories.
